Middletown Substance Abuse Prevention Council

The Middletown Substance Abuse Prevention Council is coalition committed to reduce and prevent substance abuse and its related problems by promoting positive growth and healthy lifestyles through community collaboration. Our primary focus is on youth.

Our Goals

The specific goals of the Local Prevention Councils (LPCs) are to increase awareness of ATOD (Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs) prevention / education and stimulate the development and implementation of local prevention activities available to our youth.

Partner Agencies

MSAPC collaborates with other agencies to share resources and provide prevention programs & education.  Together we offer educational forums for parents and educators, community presentations, youth programming & substance-free activities.
